We slowly progress through Movements to enhance joint mobility, muscle \ufb02exibility, and core stability and strength. You Learn basic ground movements \ufb01rst like crawling, squatting, sitting while being mindful of proper positioning like your alignment of your spine, shoulders\u00a0and pelvis.\u00a0I\u00a0work one-on-one as well as in groups, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.katsdynamicbodywork.com.ws052.alentus.com\/index.php\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\">click here to set up a one-on-one session or for more information<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Once\u00a0these movements become familiar you are able to progress to more complex movements that build stamina and strength. Learning the basic movements \ufb01rst will allow you to move with ef\ufb01ciency and freedom as you run, walk, bike, swim, or just simply lift. You can create a strong, healthy body whether you are an elite Athlete or just wanting to improve your body to move easier and live more comfortably.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My training:<\/strong><br \/> The certi\ufb01cation for MovNat\u2122 \u00a0- level 1 - gives an introduction to MovNat's modality and foundational movements. You gain better movement skills to coach effectively and safely to others and how they can bene\ufb01t from natural movement and how to properly position themselves in normal, everyday movements to prevent injury. You are required to study the 160 page MovNat manual as a physical education system and take a written and physical exam at the end of 3 days.
