RSI\u00a0is aimed at improving body alignment and function.\u00a0It\u00a0is a hands-on approach aimed at releasing\u00a0tension and\u00a0identifying\u00a0strain patterns that live in our connective tissue\/fascia. It improves posture, core stability,\u00a0balance and ease of movement\u00a0and leads to a greater sense of well-being.
