Program for Athletes

My second package, complimenting my Premier Program, was designed specifically for athletes:

Athletic Enhancement Program:

  • [2]  60-75 min sessions focusing on tight areas
  • [3] 20 minute mindset breakthrough sessions (to help with strengthing the body and mind awareness to help with “unresolved” places in the body)
  • Weekly homework to support the movement specific to your sport
  • E-mail access for support
  • Progress report….this will allow you to record what changes are working for you and what we need to further enhance.
    *Bonus: Outdoor sessions enhancing new, expressed movement
    *Bonus: bring a friend to do your sport with for extra support
